Angela Reed
Head of Streetworks
Angela leads the Streetworks department at ABS, bringing over 16 years of experience in the field. Her extensive expertise encompasses Electric, Water, Gas, Telecoms, and both Residential and Industrial/Commercial Developments, enabling her to effectively navigate complex projects and regulatory requirements.
Having collaborated with Highway Authorities, Statutory Undertakers, contractors, and sub-contractors, Angela has developed a comprehensive understanding of Streetworks legislation and management.
At ABS, Angela is recognised for her dedication and professionalism, making her a trusted resource for clients seeking reliable solutions. She is committed to fostering a high-performance culture within her team, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

Craig Howard
Commercial Director
Craig is an experienced Commercial professional with over 28 years’ experience across Utilities, Highways Maintenance and Civil Engineering, Environmental, M&E and Facilities Maintenance.
Craig has a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from York University and has previously undertaken Senior Commercial roles at Enterprise, Amey, Ringway and Ipsum.
With a strong contractual background and vast experience operating different forms of contracts with varying different commercial mechanisms, Craig has extensive strategic and operational experience leading commercial teams, driving business process and managing commercial risk across the business.
Craig is responsible for leading and delivering against ABS’s organic growth objectives and ensuring that the Commercial sector deliver a “best in class” service to all of our customers

Adam Baz
Transformation and Process Director
Adam is a Chartered Surveyor and highly skilled, dedicated professional with a strong foundation in Quantity Surveying, complemented by a Master’s in Construction Law & Dispute Resolutions. Adam is a Member of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (MCInstCES) and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb). With a commitment to delivering exceptional service and fostering continuous growth. His in-depth expertise allows him to navigate legal and financial landscapes with precision, ensuring clients receive solutions that are both innovative and effective. With over 10 years in the Civils, Infrastructure & Utilities sectors, Adam excels in creating collaborative environments that drive success, inspire teams, and elevate business outcomes. Adam is always focused on achieving long-term goals while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Ken Simpson
Streetworks Trainer
An experienced and qualified Street Works professional who has been heavily involved in managing and improving compliance in line with legislative requirements. A highly knowledgeable individual with a strong understanding of all areas of Street Works.
In his role, he will be using his knowledge to support the delivery of our accredited training from EUSR, CABWI, and City & Guilds. Ken trains and supports all aspects of operational Street Works. Passionate about helping others, he is committed to building on his previous experience in training and coaching teams who work on-site, ensuring safety and competence, and passing on his knowledge and experience to those entering the industry. He also supports organisations in improving and maintaining their levels of compliance.

Liz Rosling
Streetworks & Training Director
Liz Rosling has worked in Street Works for over 20 years. She oversees a team of more than 70 staff, supporting over 30 clients in all aspects of back-office planning and street works. Liz also leads a team of trainers who provide comprehensive training on all aspects of street works for both back-office and operational roles.
She is dedicated to ensuring that everyone involved in Street Works is fully trained, knowledgeable, and understands the importance of their roles, as well as consistently staying updated on legislation to maintain
a fully compliant workforce, both in the office and on-site.
Liz is committed to providing a complete, end-to-end Street Works support service, ensuring our clients receive the safest and most efficient service while continuously enhancing performance.
