Meet The team

Melanie Lee

Streetworks Trainer

An experienced Street Works professional bringing over 22 years of experience in the utilities industry, working for both utilities and their partners across a wide range of street works operations, and collaborating closely with highway authorities. In her role, she is responsible for delivering our award-winning two-day City & Guilds Street Works Legislation and Administration Training, along with bespoke training tailored to specific needs. She possesses a broad range of knowledge in street works, from administration and the application of legislation to the operations and management of street works and associated performance. Mel has leveraged this knowledge to align and support commercial elements, giving her a comprehensive end-to-end understanding of the impact of street works and all associated costs.

Ken Simpson

Streetworks Trainer

An experienced and qualified Street Works professional who has been heavily involved in managing and improving compliance in line with legislative requirements. A highly knowledgeable individual with a strong understanding of all areas of Street Works.

In his role, he will be using his knowledge to support the delivery of our accredited training from EUSR, CABWI, and City & Guilds. Ken trains and supports all aspects of operational Street Works. Passionate about helping others, he is committed to building on his previous experience in training and coaching teams who work on-site, ensuring safety and competence, and passing on his knowledge and experience to those entering the industry. He also supports organisations in improving and maintaining their levels of compliance.

Liz Rosling

Streetworks & Training Director

Liz Rosling has worked in Street Works for over 20 years. She oversees a team of more than 70 staff, supporting over 30 clients in all aspects of back-office planning and street works. Liz also leads a team of trainers who provide comprehensive training on all aspects of street works for both back-office and operational roles.

She is dedicated to ensuring that everyone involved in Street Works is fully trained, knowledgeable, and understands the importance of their roles, as well as consistently staying updated on legislation to maintain
a fully compliant workforce, both in the office and on-site.

Liz is committed to providing a complete, end-to-end Street Works support service, ensuring our clients receive the safest and most efficient service while continuously enhancing performance.
