In her role, she is responsible for delivering our award-winning two-day City & Guilds Street Works Legislation and Administration Training, along with bespoke training tailored to specific needs. She possesses a broad range of knowledge in street works, from administration and the application of legislation to the operations and management of street works and associated performance. Mel has leveraged this knowledge to align and support commercial elements, giving her a comprehensive end-to-end understanding of the impact of street works and all associated costs.
